How to measure yourself properly
Measurements beat guesswork. You need two numbers:
- Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to where you want the hem to sit.
Then compare those against the size chart on the product page rather than against your usual letter size. Sizing varies between garment styles, so check the chart for the specific item.
Choosing between two sizes
- Want a relaxed or oversized look? Size up. This is also the right call if you plan to layer.

Will it shrink?
Ring-spun cotton tees can shrink slightly in length on the first hot wash. Washing cold and tumble drying low essentially eliminates this. If you machine dry on high regularly, factor in a small amount of shrinkage when choosing between sizes.
