A few things that help us answer faster

• Order enquiries: include your order number (for example #1004) so we can look up tracking straight away.
• Problems with an item: attach clear photos. Damaged, defective or incorrectly printed items are replaced free if reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Where is my order? Production takes 5–7 working days, then delivery is 5–10 working days in the US, 7–12 in Canada, 7–14 in the UK and 10–20 for the rest of the world. Most orders arrive 2 to 4 weeks after being placed. Full detail on our shipping page.
• Sizing: our tees run on a unisex block, which fits roomier than women's sizing. See the size chart before ordering — custom items cannot be returned for the wrong size.
