Welcome to Wearlie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at wearlie.com and any related services provided by Wearlie ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Products and services

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be accurate, and slight variation between an on-screen mockup and the printed garment is normal. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change prices at any time without notice.

3. Custom and AI-generated designs

Products on Wearlie are printed on demand from designs generated by artificial intelligence in response to text descriptions supplied by the customer. You are responsible for the content of the descriptions you submit. You agree not to submit prompts intended to reproduce trademarks, brand logos, copyrighted characters, or the likeness of any person without their permission. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whose design we believe infringes the rights of a third party.

4. Orders and payments

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. All payments must be made in full before the order is processed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Production takes 5–7 working days, and delivery times vary by location. Full detail is set out in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and refunds

Because our products are custom made to order, returns are limited. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on returns, replacements and refunds.
