Every Wearlie item is printed on demand after you order, so shipping works a little differently from a store that ships existing stock. Here is exactly what to expect.
1. Production time: 5–7 working days
Because each item is custom printed for you, allow 5–7 working days for production and quality checking before your order ships.
Orders are not produced, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery times
Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with no minimum spend. The times below are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you order — add the 5–7 working day production window to get your total.

As a rough guide, most customers receive their order 2 to 4 weeks after placing it, depending on destination.
Delivery can occasionally run longer due to customs clearance or courier delays, which are outside our control.
3. Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement after dispatch.
4. Multiple items
Different garment types are produced at different facilities. If you order more than one type of item they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.
5. Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. If an incorrect address is supplied we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages, and reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, email support@wearlie.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We will resolve it.
7. Customs, duties and taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes set by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
