Ordering
What can I customise?
T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and caps. Three ways to get a design on them: pick a ready-made design, upload your own artwork, or describe an idea in plain English and see it drawn on the garment in about a minute.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every item is printed to order, so one shirt costs the same per unit as fifty. There is no setup fee.

All prices in USD and include free worldwide shipping. Custom items cost more because each one is prepared and printed individually from your artwork or description.
Do I need design software or design skills?
No. Type what you want — “a corgi surfing, cartoon style, plain background” — and the designer draws it. If you already have artwork, upload it as a PNG or JPG. Our step-by-step guide shows the whole flow.
Can I put a photo on a shirt?
Yes. Use the original file, at least 1,500 pixels on the long side, and choose a white or light shirt for the truest colours. Our photo t-shirt guide covers what prints well.
Can I use logos, celebrities or characters?
Only artwork you have the right to use. We refuse designs that reproduce trademarks, brand logos, copyrighted characters or a real person's likeness without permission — and we'll cancel and refund an order if we spot one after payment.
Sizing
What sizes do you offer?
Unisex XS to 5XL on t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Caps are adjustable, one size fits most.
How do I pick the right size?
Measure a shirt that already fits you, armpit to armpit and shoulder to hem, and match it to our size chart. Don't guess from your usual high-street size — custom items can't be exchanged for a wrong size, so this two-minute step matters.
Printing and quality
How are the designs printed?
Direct-to-garment (DTG): water-based ink sprayed straight into the fabric. It handles full colour and photographs, feels like nothing on the shirt, and holds up through repeated washing. Our printing methods guide compares it with screen printing, vinyl and embroidery.
Will the print fade?
It softens slightly over the first few washes and then holds. Wash inside out in cold water and skip the tumble dryer — full instructions in how to wash printed shirts.
Will it look exactly like the preview?
Very close, not identical. Screens are backlit and fabric isn't, so colours print slightly softer than they appear on your phone. High-contrast designs with a limited palette reproduce most faithfully.
Shipping and delivery
Is shipping really free worldwide?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long does it take?
Printing takes 5–7 working days. Delivery after dispatch is 5–10 working days to the US, 7–12 to Canada, 7–14 to the UK, and 10–20 elsewhere. Most customers receive their order 2–4 weeks after placing it. For a fixed date, order three weeks ahead. Full detail on the shipping page.
Do you ship to my country?
Almost certainly. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, the EU and most of the world. International orders may incur customs duties set by your country; those aren't included in our price.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships. Tracking usually takes 24–48 hours to show movement.
Returns
Can I return a custom item?
Not for change of mind or a wrong size, because it was made specifically for you. We do replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered — report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll fix it at no cost. See the refund policy.
Can I cancel an order?
Within 2 hours of purchase, if production hasn't started. After that the garment is already being printed.
