How does the AI design generator work? It is as simple as typing a text message! Just describe the design you want in plain English. Our advanced AI will interpret your prompt and generate a completely unique, high-quality design in seconds. Once you are happy with how it looks on the mockup, simply add it to your cart.

Do I need to be good at graphic design? Not at all. That is the magic of Wearlie. You supply the imagination, and our AI acts as your personal, professional graphic designer.

Will my printed item look exactly like the mockup? Yes! We use high-fidelity printing technology to ensure the design our AI generates is applied seamlessly to your chosen item, retaining the vibrant colors and sharp details you see on your screen.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost? We ship globally, and shipping is 100% Free Worldwide. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify.

How long will it take to receive my order? Because Wearlie apparel is entirely custom and printed on demand just for you, we do not hold pre-made stock.

• Production: It takes 3 to 5 business days to print and quality-check your custom item.

• Shipping: Once shipped from our international printing facilities, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days depending on your local postal service.

Why did my items arrive in separate packages? If you order different types of products (like a hoodie and a cap), they may be printed at different specialized facilities within our fulfillment network to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

How can I track my order? As soon as your custom order is printed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Returns & Modifications

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? Because your item is 100% custom and automatically sent to our printing facilities as soon as you order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders (including size or address changes) once they are placed. Please double-check your sizes, shipping address, and the AI design mockup before checking out!

What is your return policy? Since every Wearlie item is uniquely created by your specific text prompt and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or "change of mind." However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will gladly issue a free replacement.
