Return Policy

At Wearlie, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made on wearlie.com.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Because all products at Wearlie are custom-made on demand based on your prompt, design instructions, or personalization details, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Design dissatisfaction due to incorrect or incomplete customer input

However, we will provide a replacement or refund if the item received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly printed

  • Not the design you approved or specified

  • Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)


2. Conditions for Replacement or Refund

To process a valid claim, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  2. You must provide one or more of the following:

    • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

    • Order number

    • Description of the defect

    • Packaging photos (if damaged)

  3. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

We may request additional photos or information if required.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Customized products with no manufacturing defect

  • Incorrect prompt provided by the customer

  • Incorrect size selected during checkout

  • Slight color variations between digital mockups and printed products (normal printing variation)

Printing colors vary slightly due to fabric type and screen brightness.


4. Replacement Process

If your request is approved, we will:

  • Reproduce the product at no extra cost, and

  • Ship it to you as soon as possible

You do not need to ship the defective item back unless specifically instructed.


5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The product cannot be replaced

  • The product was never delivered

  • The product arrived severely damaged

Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Refund processing time:

  • 3–7 business days (depending on your bank)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact us immediately

  2. We will investigate with the shipping partner

  3. A replacement may be issued based on the outcome


7. Order Cancellation

Because we start processing orders quickly, cancellations are only allowed if:

  • The order has not yet entered production, and

  • The cancellation request is made within 2 hours of placing the order

Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
