What Wearlie is
Wearlie (wearlie.com) is a print-on-demand custom apparel store. We print t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and caps to order, one item at a time, with no minimum order and free worldwide shipping. Customers can buy a ready-made design, upload their own artwork, or describe an idea in plain English and have artwork drawn for them by our AI designer before ordering.

Prices include free worldwide shipping. There is no minimum order and no setup fee; one item and fifty items cost the same per unit.
How ordering works
- Choose a garment and colour.
- Pick a ready-made design, upload artwork (PNG or JPG), or type a description and preview the generated design on the garment.
- Choose a size using the size chart.
- Order. Printing takes 5–7 working days; delivery is free worldwide.
Printing method
Direct-to-garment (DTG): water-based ink sprayed directly into the fabric. Suitable for full-colour artwork and photographs. Colours print slightly softer than on a backlit screen.
Production and delivery
- Production: 5–7 working days.
- Delivery after dispatch: US 5–10 working days; Canada 7–12; UK 7–14; rest of world 10–20.
- Typical total: 2–4 weeks from order to delivery.
- Shipping: free worldwide, tracking number emailed at dispatch. Customs duties, where charged, are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
Custom items are not returnable for change of mind or wrong size. Items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted or different from the order are replaced or refunded at no cost when reported within 7 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Intellectual property
Customers may only use artwork and ideas they have the right to use. Designs reproducing trademarks, brand logos, copyrighted characters or a real person's likeness without permission are refused.
